HR Interview Question

Q:- Tell me about yourself.


       Points to remember before you attend this interview question:
  • Assume, now you are sitting in front of the HR manager.
  • Take the initiative to attend this question and tell your real answers.

Good morning sir/madam.

First of all I would like to thank you for giving this opportunity.

My Name is vivek shelke. I came from Ambadi , I have completed My graduation B. Com in mumbai university with aggregate 62%.

My Family we are 4 member including me. My Father is ex government employee and My Mother is homemaker,

I have a younger Brother his working in thane.

My hobbies are writing poems, watching movies,

My strength is Positive thinking and willing to learn new things.

My short term goal is start my carrier by a reputed company like that's yours.

My long term goal is good position is my work Place.

So this is all about My self.


Q:-Why should I hire you?


Its obvious that experience come after working only and I want to work in your company to show my talent and prove my knowledge. Through my talent I want to make your company more reputed and gain customers trust.

Q:-What are your strengths and weaknesses?


My strength is to face challenges. This gives me ability to think deeply to overcome the challenges after which I will be excel and be motivated to work hard. My weakness are anger, too much attention to details, loneliness.
